Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access your Account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

gl16 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR regulations. Before processing withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 cumulative, gl16 requires verification of your identity through submission of:
